Exploration Session

Service Description

This free Exploration Session is a chance for us to get to know one another and for you to share your goals. The wonderful thing about this coaching method is that I get to bring my whole personality to the practice. This session serves to make sure that we are a good fit and you feel comfortable with my presence. You will leave the session with a rough outline of how I can guide you on your journey to creating and maintaining deeper connections.
